Who are the people behind Optytel? Before joining Orange Business Services, as Global Account Manager, in 2000, he worked for Computacenter and ECS. In 2008, he took the plunge and started CYC2, the company that includes Optytel.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″ el_class=”card-bio”][vc_single_image image=”393″ img_size=”220×220″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Charles holds a PhD in civil engineering from the Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles. He has worked for the Orange group and Proximus. He was responsible for the first MVNOs in Belgium through the creation of a business unit at KPN-Orange. For CYC2, he developed the core of the company’s services. In 2009, he was appointed to the BIPT Council, a position he held until 2017.
